  • We can't promise refunds because it depends on how the airline or hotel handles them.
  • Cancellations are only allowed over the phone.
  • Many reservations are non-refundable, as per airline rules.
  • If you miss your flight and don't tell the airline, they will consider you a no-show and typically won't offer a refund or any extra help.
